8/07/11 Breakfast
(1) Omelette;
two free-range eggs
salt & peper
butter (for the frying pan)
some grated cheese
(2) Strawberries & Yoghurt;
A handful of fresh strawberries cut into halves
Sainsbury’s taste the difference vanilla yoghurt
(3) Orange Juice & Vitamins
a glass of Sainsbury’s taste the difference orange juice
a sachet of spatone
a teaspoon of magnesium powder
two healthspan msm tablets
one healthspan cod liver oil capsule
one healthspan multivitamin gold
one evening primrose oil capsule
two finchley clinic pure vitamin c capsules
July 8th Morning Workout
(1) Walked to train station with gym bags 0.5 miles.
(2) 10 minutes on treadmill, {2.5 minute warm up at 2.5mph}
{5 minute jog at 4.5mph}
{2.5 minute cool down at 2.5mph}
(3) 5 minutes on exercise bike level 1
(4) 3 minutes on crosstrainer
(5) 3 minutes on power skater level 10
(6) 4kg dumbells {10 arm twists each side}
{10 bicep curls each side}
(7) Got the train back and walked 0.5 miles home again.
It wasn’t a very long work out but I was strapped for time due having to catch my train. Still quite pleased with myself.
